Discounts

Why isn't my discount code working?

If your discount code isn't working, it's likely due to what's in your cart or discount restrictions. We recommend double checking that there aren't any expiration dates or exclusions for your code!

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Fashion Angels currently offers Standard, and 2-Day shipping options to US based customers.

Free standard shipping is available to orders over $30.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed within one to two business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to confirm that your order is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to show movement on the carrier's site.

Please note, any order placed on a major holiday or the weekend will be processed the following business day.

How long will it take to get my order? Can it be expedited?

Please note that packages can take up to 7 business days to arrive for standard shipping. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please reach out to customerservice@fashionangels.com

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to the U.S.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I make a return or exchange?

Most Items can be returned, excluding shipping costs, as long as they are unopened and unused in their original packaging. Returns & exchanges will be processed up to 30 days from original order date.

Items purchased from a third party vendor must be returned to the store according to their return/exchange policy.
